unfortunately no i was able to go to the dogs vs eagle game cause of school holidays and i was in Melbourne but now that holidays are practically done im back in my town and not able to attend the game but i will watch it on tv
The last match I saw was exactly four years ago today(It's still April 9th here). We beat the Gold Coast Suns by 71 points. Rocket was still coach. *sigh*
Will be there with the Mrs and two Richmond supporting friends / enemies depending on the result.
Last time we watched Tiges v Dogs at the 'G it was a disaster so hoping for better this time (bit closer to what we watched last year V Tiges at the Dome).
Absolutely. will be sitting with tigers down there end. and going to punt road before hand. Hopefully Clay Smith gets his first run..
Im typically a home game goer but double header at punt road and the G.. Cant say no. Besides we never get games at the MCG so have to make the most of it when they come.
I just hope people get along and dont leave us embarrassingly outnumbered. Poor turnouts will only decrease our chances of big games and games at the MCG in the future. Its their first home game and they havent had a reason to jump off the wagon yet so we know they will turn up. Lets get as many bulldogs there as we can to make some noise as we cause an enjoyable upset.
I'll be coming down from the NSW Hunter Valley for my annual game.
Not all that excited about going to the MCG though, I really like Etihad. Can't beat that roof when it's cold or wet.
We usually lose the games I go down for.
But the boys looked good last week - and the Richmond/Carlton game was mostly crap - so I'm expecting to win for a change.
I'm a Full member of the MCC and haven't used my membership since our last prelim. A full membership is so hard to get but it's a total waste of money.
The fact that we have this game tomorrow and the weather should be good makes me realise that I absolutely HATE Etihad stadium - I f%^^ing despise it. Please god let sanity prevail and lets develop Whitten Oval into a boutique stadium that can hold 25K and we can play any interstate teams there instead of that Docklands shithole.
If it's not the G then please make it Whitten Oval
