I am - quite like going to Port games at AAMI - always a small crowd and my AFL membership gets me into the members stand over there for port games.

I reckon we are a show as well.

I went to ther Port game at AAMI last year and enjoyed getting beaten in the rain in the famous Mitch Morton brainfart game. Still struggling to come to terms with the BBQs in the carpark...was just missing a little "Duelling Banjos' in the background to be complete...lmao That said I did enjoy it and I got a soft sport for those Port ferals

The league hasn't even existed for 140 years. Quit your shenanigans.
Richmond celebrated their centenary in 1984, the hundredth year of the clubs existance. At this time the league had existed for 88 years

In 2008 they then celebrated their hundredth year in the VFL/AFL.

I hope we ruin it for them. They'll be thinking it's a cheap 4 points on the way.

The game up here against Melbourne would have taken a lot out of them - very warm and humid.

A chance they will be flat next week and we just might be able to rain on their parade.

Yeah I'm gonna head over. Unfortunately I can already picture Jay Schulz kicking 8. In fact I can already picture Cleve Hughes kicking 8 when we play the Gold Coast next year!!!!!

You guys might be a chance this week. Will be a day of celebration for this famous old club, pre-game stuff and laying all the premierships on the field ect ect. Hope our minds are on the job.

I know, I was just being facetious.

I don't think Schulz will play - he certainly hasn't had good enough form to warrant a game.

^Port Adelaide Football Club was established in 1870. In 1996, the Port Adelaide Magpies Football Club was established in the SANFL, as the Port Adelaide Football Club entered the AFL. It's a shared history from 1996 and beyond.
