ill be there
sitting in the bottom level of the afl members

dan you were lucky to get down there, everyone i know with the exception of myself got their afl members seats on the top level.
bloody medalion club and all the other suits who only go for free food and drink are down the bottom in the afl members
its a joke
guess we were lucky

cant sleep
cant stop thinking about it
cant wait

Queued up at 5am Sunday morning, Q27 Row U. Top deck, last bay, 10 rows from the back. Boy was I pissed off until I found out they sold out about five minutes after I'd been through. Then I just felt relieved. Though I am pissed they introduced reserved seating. No AFL member I know was "surveyed" about it. I reckon they brought it in becuase they saw the chance to make an extra quid. 24,000 seats by $29 dollars is ~$700,000. Not bad at all.

Anyway I can't wait. Go Bombers!!

Dan, you're bloody lucky.

I lined up at Werribee plaza with my sleeping bag and doona and two pillows from 9PM on Saturday night.

Dave, next year, come to Werribee plaza. Not that many people lined up here. About 250 or so, I'm guessing. i got my tickets at 9:20 am

I WAS surveyed about reserved sating. I voted for "first in first served"

The AFL reckons reserved sets stop queueing. It doesn't. The queues just take place a week before.

I'd rather have sat in the 3rd level (P section), but the assholes said we couldnt choose. It was "next best avaiable seat"

I suppose ground level on the wing is good. I'll be right on the boundary line for the lap of honour.

Not me, I tried every trick I knew & called in favours, but to no avail. Sh&#.
I sold my plane tickets because it's no use wasting all that money if I can't be at the G.
Oh well next year I'll take out a silver m/ship again.
Good luck to all Bombers who will be there & enjoy the day.
