If you’re talking about media attention, being recognised and just being someone the media department love, it’s definitely Cox. Football abilities aside you’re talking about marketability. JDG tbh is a bit of a flog which is fine but to be a flog like that you need to play like Dusty.

Worked at the Tunnel for a few months, only rarely ever got to the East Boundary. Also worked at the Wayside Inn, Golden Gate and Flower in South Melbourne and he was an occasional visitor to all. My views on him were more specific to his interactions with us punters in the social club after games than the lovable larrikin aspects you might encounter later at venues like that.
