On all measures of greatness, he doesn't stack up against many players - leadership = zero. Nor Smiths? Zero. Developing a culture that goes beyond himself? Zero. Doesn't get close to his Dad, and Bartel, Chapman, Enright, Scarlett, et al. were more influential in the massive finals/games Geelong played.
I'd have Judd at West Coast, Bartel, Goodes, Mitchell, Ricciuto, Hodge ahead of him for leadership, big game influence and all over impact. GAJ is a selfish little bastard, who did what was right for GAJ most of the time, not for the team.
