I love when little Geelong try to enter these conversations with clubs like Richmond and Hawthorn. It's cute they try to swing up.

But anyway, 2 losses on the trot while Hawthorn are in scary form. To no surprise, the answer is Hawthorn.
I'm sure the irony of you posting this and trying to involve Richmond out of absolutely nowhere isn't lost on someone even as obtuse as yourself. Anyway quoting your post before you have a chance to delete it.

Disappointing this little guy wasn’t around to give his social commentary on the latest goings on

When does Mitch Lewis get back for Hawthorn? He'd make their forward line much more dangerous, sure he's not elite but he's far better than Mabior Chol.

And yet 5-2

We are fine

Peaking in April does nothing for anyone

Hawks are going absolutely fine. Banking wins while not playing at their absolute peak is perfect at this time of year.

Geelong are going a bit less fine. A bit unlucky with when we faced Carlton (Curnow, McKay and Walsh back to their best) but there are question marks over how we're playing. The next month is super important because if we can get through that the draw looks to open up in the back half of the year.

Ultimately either team can make a run at the flag if they're good enough. Whether they are or not is still uncertain.

Not that it does anything at all for anyone.

Bored so decided to make a combined 23, since that’s the thing for these types of threads.

Way too many tall or third tall defenders.
Zuthrie in for one of those.

Mannagh as an attacking mid/forward ahead of Mackenzie or Moore (2025 form). He's been one of our best players just about every game he's played. 18.5 disposals, and goal and a goal assist per game.

Definitely a good player but I can’t find a spot for him, as I couldn’t for a few others.

He’s probably looking at the spot Battle/Stewart have in this hypothetical team.

Unless you think he should be in over either of them?

This is no disrespect to Sicily who has been an exceptional player over a long period but right now I would put him in over both him and Stewart.

Tom Hawkins was saying in the pregame for our match versus the Eagles that the Geelong v Hawthorn game was the fastest game that he had seen played this year and that coming off a six day break he was interested to see how Hawthorn would perform.

He may have just been saying that after glancing at the Geelong Carlton scoreboard, but I’ve since been reliably informed that Geelong had a limited week on the track with a few players feeling a little sore, leading up to the Carlton game.

Z Guthrie into the backline and send Sicily forward for Lewis.

J Henry over SDK.

Then Blicavs would definitely get a game ahead of somebody as the second ruck and Mr fix it. There are a bunch you could choose to leave out depending on structure.

There's a bunch of line ball balls like Impey could definitely be picked ahead of Humphries.

Back when we were both good teams and going hammer and tongs at each other we were always horrible backing up from Easter Monday. Maybe the same thing happened this year.

But wow did we look bad against Carlton.

I didn’t have it based purely off 2025 form as it’s still not enough to go off of. People can have purple patches, like Gunstons return to form, didn’t put him in despite averaging 3.4 goals a game and being super so far.

Zach Guthrie is another medium defender, like Stewart, Sicily and Battle.

But if it’s off 2025 form I’d agree on Mannagh over Mackenzie. It’d be a mainly midfielders role however.

Again as just written down, it’s not off purely 2025 form due to the small sample size, Sicily and Stewart are first picked in that backline and are stars of the game.

Sicily is a capable forward but he isn’t a forward. He’s one of the games best defenders, especially as a general.

I wouldn’t be picking Henry over SDK. Personal preference for what I’d want in a tall and not rating Henry at all myself.

Structure is an important topic, as a lot of players can go in and out and dependent on structure picked. A basic one tho with a certain amount of each position and enough versatility. Blicavs is a pretty good player but maybe it’s just me but I don’t rate him as highly as others, definitely a good role player and fixes a lot of problems often.

I think Impey could be but I also rate Humphries extremely highly. He’s a gun.

These exercises are the stupidest things you can do on Bigfooty, unless you just want to start a biased shitfight.
