Honestly it probably should be 5 or 6 out of 7 defenders selected from the Eagles

Trembath vs CDT vs Archer Reid, Archer and CDT are better rucks, CDT is the most talented by far, but Trembath has shown arguably more due to being in a slightly better performing side. Id put CDT, as there is already 3 other KPFs in the side anyway.

Drop Archer for Hough
Drop Hewett and Long for Baker and Starcevich
Put Yeo into that hff spot, Dovaston/Curtis to the forward pocket

Trembath has kicked almost the same amount of goal ms as Shanahan in under half the games and is going at 1.8 CM a game because he plays in a side that has 2 one of their last 12?

Trembath would get picked ahead of Shanahan, let alone the other two, if played tomorrow. He’s ahead of Darling in our own side..

And Trembath is averaging 3 goals a game and 1.8 CM a game.

He has a higher player rating than Sam Darcy, Jeremy Cameron and Ben King across the last 5 rounds of AFL football since he debuted.

Hes simply playing in any side with those numbers as a tall forward and he can ruck especially well with the new rules with his athleticism.

Had a 50% win rate in the center bounces on the weekend.

Fair call, and you deserve to show the receipts on this one.. probably just underestimated how heartless North are. Duursma already looks a star, and must admit I had never heard of Milan Murdock before but looks a find.. its these types that come out of the blue that will propel the Eagles forward.
