maybe we can trade our first pick to get williams back! or maybe pick 5 for davis!

Bartel, salopek and one of the bullies young guns. these are all viable options! given that we are not guranteed to pick a gun in the draft i dont see anything worng with trading pick 5 to the bullies (so they can pick up a kpp) and a player for cooney or griffen. not that they would trade those two but giansiracussa is a good option to!

Rumour going round on Friday night was Pies were being tempted by the Eagles offer of Michael (gangland) Gardiner for pick#21. Please don't touch him - his knees are shot, he is a loose cannon off field. Cannot ruck anymore - heads will role if we touch Gardiner.

If we're trading pick #5, we better get more than just Giansiracusa...

To get Cooney or Griffen, we'd probably have to trade them Tarrant + #5...

Be better than our last attempt of a Michael Gardiner.

Yeah , because West Coast would be happy with pick 21 for Gardiner and it's not like the deal could be bettered by any other club.

Pick 21 in a ******** draft for a 26year old AA ruckman. If you could be so lucky. He can ruck but we have chosen not to this year, Adam Goodes wasnt going to ruck ever again after the same injury but he was rucking again after 4 weeks. Gardy could ruck but he isnt needed in the ruck this year, we would rather he just got some game time under his belt.

Get what you can for him before he joins his mates behind bars! Seriously though, he may be 26, but his knees are shot. Reckon the Eagles will hawk him around at trade time, but no clubs will be willing to pay the (trade) price on his head. Stick with Seaby and Cox - they are the future.

You are severly under rating giansiracussa! and i wouldnt mind trading tarrant + lets say we traded down our pick 5 to lets say 10 or so for cooney or griffen! i think that would work.

Dunno if teh bulldogs would be happy to get a kpp that doesnt actually want to be a kpp

they liked a kpp who wanted to play VFL so much they cheated him into there club.

i think they'd love a kpp who wants to be a flanker/midfielder.

Gia, Cooney and Griffen all have signed this year to contracts and wont be going any where.

The ones you could go after are Shane Birss, Sam Power, Brad Murhpy and Nathan Eagleton.

And Tarrent is not what we need, we need a real KPP not a HFF

How about Faron Ray? Big fan of his and he really doesnt get much game time. Jason Cloke could one they might throw up, I dont think he's happy with amount of game time he got.

Yes that it swap a pick 4 who all he needs is a bit of bulk and he will be a star of the afl for a slow hack of a player that you could get for a 4th round pick, If ray was to be traded which will not happen it would be back to WA for the likes of Polak.

Ray is coming along nicely.

I suspect that if we did trade him it would be back to WA.
