The really funny thing is that Ayres may just be the perfect coach for Richmond! He would put the fear of God into most of the players.

As it is, both Spud and Conan are reminiscent of Rocket Eade in his last year at Sydney... everyone just going through the motions...

and giving us motions as well!

Couldn't have the teams not turning up. It's not the match I would miss, but rather what Dermie has done with his hair this week! ;)

You're not fooling anyone ant!
I wish I was trying to fool you guys! But this year, sadly, it's all true....no one believed me when I thought we'd get pumped by Brisbane, or that we had no chance against Freo, or that the Saints would be much too good for us last weekend.

I expect the Tigers to come out breathing fire...at least we've been somewhat respectable recently, in comparison to your team anyway....the way this season has been going for us I forsee Otto kicking 6 in a round-the-ground ruckman role (never had a matchup for him and the only one we did have, is on your team now), Browny creating havoc up forward, your midfield will click for the first time since round 1, while you have a more than adequate defence for anything our forward line can dish up (and I just heard Ayresy say, in regards to our gameplan, that he doesn't think we're going wide at all and certainly no wider than any other AFL team *shakes head*....we haven't got a hope...).

In front of your parochial fans, baying for blood (or a victory, whichever comes first), I can't see how you won't win.
