Thought the same about Duggan but was thinking more top 15/20. Just shows how poor we were.

The cynic in me can't help but think its for selection/PR purposes:

"Drop Ryan and Duggan!? Absolutely not. They are required players. After all, they both finished in the top 10 of last year's best and fairest"

Adam Simpson, 2023 (probably)

Go and have a coffee mate.

I'm sure the club is going to "rig" a F&B so they can justify not dropping a player the following year.

I know we've been bad this year, but really?

Well done TB much deserved.

Couple of oddities how Redden missed out on top 5 and how Duggan made top 5. Duggan really, a few stretches during the year he only kept his spot in the team because of player availability and credits.

Yes he had a few good games (at least what we expect) but top 5..... shows how crap our season was.

Listening to Duggo speak last night, I might've been a bit harsh on him.
Said he didn't have any preseason training at all and it was pretty much a miracle he played so many games.

Sometimes it's easy to take pot shots at players, but we don't always know their circumstances.
Just about every player that has a really good year says they had a real good preseason.

My god, sarcasm is absolutely and utterly lost on some folk.........

Just on Liam Duggan, bloke wasn’t supposed to play until round 6, but had no choice but to play in round 2 and then managed to get through the remainder of the season fairy unscathed.

Pretty decent effort when you think about it and might go someway towards a few extra “bonus votes” from the coaches last night.

If Duggan can have a decent pre season he should have a really good year in 2023 then

Good to see Dugg getting a few snags as well. Hadn't kicked a goal for a few seasons. Some of them were pretty difficult, as opposed to his early days of missing sitters.

Its lovely to hear a footballer speak deliberately and carefully because they are considering their responses, as opposed to trying not to swear or foot in mouth, or didn't understand the question 😆

Has really emBARRASSed some forwards and some of our other players this year. Vote #1 sexual for captain.
