Assuming everyone is healthy and willing whose 22 would get the job done. WA's midfield is not too shabby (Cripps Fyfe T.Mitchell T.Kelly Coniglio and Yeo) but IMO Victoria would still win with their stronger forward line + equally great midfielders accompanied by Gawn.

Stronger forward line? If we are assuming all players are fit then wa has the two best forwards in the comp.

Kennedy over J.Cameron come on mate. Also does C.Cameron qualify for the WA team?
The last three years Kennedy was fit he made the all Australian team. Charlie probably wouldn’t play for WA.

Fair but VIC forward 6 would look something like, De Goey, J.Cameron, Dusty, T.Greene, Membrey and one of Hawkins/Lynch/Daniher. Even with Charlie I still reckon VIC got the edge.

Franklin, Darling, Walters, Kennedy, Cripps and Charlie Cameron is still better
VIC back 6 of Grimes, Darcy Moore, Tom Stewart, Haynes, Houli and Sicily would have that covered IMO, don't think I can say the same for the other end.

Membrey, Hawkins & Daniher?.....Pull the other one.
Membrey had a great year, came seventh in the coleman playing in a side that came 14th and he isn't even a KPF more of a third tall. When considering Lynch/Daniher/Hawkins for Full-Forward no-one really jumps out at me; Hawkins was AA this year, Daniher's last healty season he was AA and Lynch had a strong year and was instrumental in Richmond's flag.

C'mon dude, get serious....Lynch is easily the superior tall forward among that lot....And young Curnow would be in ahead of Membrey as the third tall every day of the week.

Didn't really consider Curnow but now that you've said it sounds pretty good, definitely has more flair and excitement than Membrey. Would be interested in taking a closer look at HawkinsVDaniherVLynch but 5 in a prelim and standing fast through a year full of injury in a new team ought to give him the nod, fair call.

Than Lynch, Cameron, De Goey, Martin, Greene + any sack of potatoes that can apply defensive pressure? Wake up, it's 2019 and the two best forwards for WA Kennedy and Franklin aren't the same players they were 3 years ago. Even if they were you have the best contested marking forward in the comp, arguably the two best one on one forwards in Dusty and De Goey and then stars in Greene and Cameron. It honestly doesn't matter which next best VIC pressure forward you took.

This is the issue with WA currently, the best dozen are super elite, but once it tapers off they have players playing that would struggle to get a game the VIC reserves side.

That’s still better than any defensive effort that vics can produce Walters, cripps, Darling and Cameron are elite f50 pressure players

Martin, Bontempelli, Pendlebury, Macrae & Dangerfield seldom 'get smashed'.....Even less so by flimsy Sandgropers.

Fyfe, Cripps, Yeo, Coniglio, Kelly & O'meara. Add in Kelly with the father and son rule I just made up and we have them easily covered. Danger would spend the game kicking it to Rance and McGovern.

No way Jose....Our second-string midfield of Sloane, Merrett, Taranto, Boak, Prestia, Cotchin, Treloar, Parker & Worpel would make mince-meat out of em.
