Do what you feel to be right.I could make a poll of shittest coaches in the history of Australian football then add Bucks to it, would that suffice Nathan?

No current season stats available

Add Stevie J to the list, left field option obviously but has a great football IQ.There are probably heaps of options outside of the obvious. Some examples have already been mentioned such as Scott Burns and Don Pyke, but also guys like Mark Stone, Dale Tapping, Nigel Lappin, Jarrad Schofield and Craig McRae have a lot of experience and are part of quality programs.
We need to do this properly.
If neither fall out you continue to shake until one does.So basic consensus from the poll is shake the tree at Hawthorn and hope Clarko or Mitchell fall out if not then Pyke.
Only way i see Bucks keeping his job is if we play finals, even then if Clarko's available i'd still move him on, he's been in the role for a long time now and IMO it could be benificial for both parties to part ways.He might get a new contract with some new assistants.
If promised the head gig after being 2iC.
Further who do you think both Clarkson and Hardwick did their apprenticeships under?
Why? What if we end up making finals, do we still sack him? Calm the * down. It's highly likely that Bucks won't be the coach at the end of the season.
I said get Clarko 5 years ago but then we got better and missed a flag by a bee's dick. Now I reckon Clarko has gone to far down the Malthouse path of becoming a grumpy, whinging old prick. Would like someone proven IF bucks goes (I'd quit if I was him, our supporters don't deserve him), but not Clarko.Only way i see Bucks keeping his job is if we play finals, even then if Clarko's available i'd still move him on, he's been in the role for a long time now and IMO it could be benificial for both parties to part ways.
To play finals we would have to perform well tonight, don't have to win but if we get towled up i think we're cooked.
Yeah i tend to agree, master coaches only stay masters for a limited time, Mitchell would be my choice and i think we could get him.I said get Clarko 5 years ago but then we got better and missed a flag by a bee's dick. Whomever it is if it happens, they aren't going to work miracles, there seems to be other things that need fixing that aren't to do with coaching.
I'd get Beveridge if we could but I doubt he's available.Yeah i tend to agree, master coaches only stay masters for a limited time, Mitchell would be my choice and i think we could get him.
I know. We all know!!
That would have to be a different poll.
Or, you could ask Antz to change the poll.
Maybe you should start one. "Keep Nathan, Yes or No?" How do you reckon that would go?
Doesn't worry me, its not my poll.Surely either a “Bucks will go around again” or even “won’t need one” is a reasonable option.
I think he's good at pre-game things. Often times comes up with great first quarter strategies to shut down the opposition. However, his shocking team selection and frequent inability to react as a coach is not good at allFeel Bucks coaching was very good tonight. Good zone defending as well as good ball movement chains. The problem is that our players just are not good enoguh and 2 injuries to 2 of our best players early hurt us. We do need a fresh start. I have a left field one and suggest we get Luke Hodge in some way down to our club. He is a great brain and he helped turn Brisbane around with his leadership. He is someone I feel we could benefit greatly from.
Yeah my exact thoughts unfortunately. He is an abysmal team selector (which isn't entirely him admittedly) and too afraid to change his tactics mid game (Moore shouldve been moved back at half time). TOnight though, he was hard done by. 2 injures, especially Jeremy Howe when we were leadingcrucified us.I think he's good at pre-game things. I like the idea of Williams as an Assistant, but unlikely. He signed on with Melbourne this season as Director of DevelopmentAnd both now have superior coaching records so are they no longer the student but the master?
Williams will be 63 in August and hasn't held a senior AFL coaching position in over a decade.
I'd support Williams coming to the club as a senior assistant but his days of being the No.1 in charge appear over to me.
His almost complete disregard of quality KFs is the main thing he'll regret IMO, using overseas imports/ex basketballers/ even Checkers was a mature age VFL player when we recruited him, you get what you pay for.I think he's good at pre-game things.
