Who would you rather have in the AA FF position

The Full Forward position in The All Australian team. Barry Hall or Fraser Gehrig or Matthew Richardson.

Barry Hall 66 goals 37 behinds and 161 marks.
Fraser Gehrig 70 goals 45 behinds and 105 marks
Matthew Richardson 59 goals 41 behinds and 154 marks.

In my opinion, Fraser is probably the most traditional of the FF as he doesnt lead out to the 60 metre mark too often. Barry does and Richo does.

I think that Barry Hall deserves the Full Forward position as he has been very close to the most valuble player in the league this year.

What do you think? If other, WHO?

of course im goign to vote for richo due to my bias, however barry hall deserves it so im jsut letting people know my biased and un-biased opinion

Dunno for sure but he does have the most goals and thats what full forwards are meant to do so i dont know.

Gehrig is the only 1 out of the trio who plays FF traditionally, the other 2 are floating forwards/CHF's

thats not to say I think gehrig is better than barry and richo, just the better option for FF

So you would put Hall at Centre Half Forward before Tredrea and Pavlich???

Sure Barry is not your traditional Full Forward, but plays close enough to it to give him the nod. Gehrig hasnt had a great season, not as controlling as Hall, although has kicked more. Rekon Barry may have had more of a hand in several others.

If the Coleman Medallist Fraser Gehrig is not the automatic All Australian Full Forward selection then i would definately have Barry Hall in as first choice when the team is announced.

Would have to be Barry Hall.

He is a key part of the team which finished 3rd.

Provides with good team structure, takes alot of marks, is unselfish and has also kicked bags of goals.

i heard Hall was being considered as AA CHF but that will surely go to Tredrea with Pavlich just missing out. This shows Hall's versatility and ability to play up the ground. I say Barry Hall just over Fraser due to having more dimensions to his game. Fraser only leads out of the goal square and can be shut down with the loose man in play. Richo doesnt deserve it as he does not show enough consistency.
