There is no way known Dominion settle this case. They want to drag every Fox talking head through the court and force them to publicly admit they knew the election wasn't rigged and they were acting in bad faith.

Dominion will get their money and the public humiliation of Fox admissions broadcast on its own networks. And Dominion will gladly use the money they win to slap down Fox if they even put a toenail out of line regarding the security and validity of its voting systems again.
