I am really not in a position to comment on bad eyebrow judgment- have only just fixed my previous eyebrow mistake- but blonde hair plus black eyebrows usually equals looking like a skank.

I dye one eyebrow black, the other blonde, and just leave the hair it's natural chocolate brown. It just works for me.
