Who does everyone think is our best bet at full-forward this season?

Is Ryan Fitzgerald, Adam Goodes, Jason Ball, or Stephen Doyle or Leo Barry?

Or maybe a rotational system, changing the full-forward reguarly, during matches as well.

Probably this season, the Swans will have a highly rotational forward line (of about 8 or 9 players) which will be changing regularly during each match.

You probably answered yourself there ben

Rotation will be the way to go for Eade, no doubt about it.

One point I wanna make though : Its D-Day for Jason Ball this season. I hear he is fit and his ankle is fine, so, no excuses. The guy is a great player (just look at some his Weagles displays) and he was going great guns early last season untill the ankle got stuffed.

Must out in a better, more consistant showing this year.

The usual suspects will be hanging around the Forward 50 this season, Goodes, Ahmat, Lewis and Barry will be there, thats almost certain. I understand O'Loughlin is more interested in more of a running role rather than key postion, so, expect to see him on a HF flank more in 2001.

Fitzgerald ? - I dunno, if he has had a good pre-season expect him to be stronger and bulkier in the upper body, also expect him to start taking constested marks. He seems a natural for CHF but given our short ground, CHF for the Swans is a bit of a waste of time.

He will be around, probably in the vicinity of Half Forward but we shall see.

Stafford and Doyle will ruck, with both resting in the forward pocket from time to time.

cheers

Lets face facts here, a specialist forward is almost a thing of the past... as blood said, the rotation will be the only option for Sydney.

I think Saddington will be asked to take the full forward position with Goodes Ball Fitzgerald and Stafford changing in the forward pocket and full forward.

I'd prefer to see Goodes play FF permanently as I think he's a better opTion than the others and more mobile. He could change with Saddington between CHF and FF.

I would say Jason Ball would be your best bet and also Saddington is also a good chance too.
