Why do the Murray Kangaroos not play at Arden ST?

You would know better than me. I haven't seen the ground so I don't know. Why do the Murray Kangaroos play some of their games at Coburg and not at Arden ST? I am not complaining, because I live near the ground and the more footy, the better. In fact, I wish they played all of their games their. I was just curious as to why they don't play at Arden ST.

I'd only be speculating here, but both footy & cricket are played at Arden street. I don't know which association(s). I expect that there would be a conflict with operating VFL games there during the VFL season.

Our home grounds are Coburg & Lavington. As far as facilities go, Coburg seems it woud be better than Arden Street even though on Saturday the communications system failed at Coburg at one point and Coach Hammo spent some time on the bench.
I don't even know if there is a communications system at Arden Street.
There are no coaches boxes to my knowledge.
I've never hear the PA system in use.
The grand stand is locked up due to safety concerns.
The rooms under the grand stand are used as a gym & then there's this small area kept aside for the past players association .
There are insufficient gates & fencing at Arden Street and each of the VFL grounds are enclosed so that admission can be charged & what have you.
Car parking is scarce.

I'd love to see VFL games played at Arden Street if the ground was up to it though. Its unlikely any money will be spent upgrading it, ever. Read the article in Sunday's Herald Sun for more info.
