Which was bad at the time but alright after the summer but then when we played you we had some loser of a melbourne supporter sitting behind us totally serious for the whole game and making these pathetic statements to his mate. It was dissapointing that our two clubs had to play first round, if we had each had either Collingwood or the Doggies, maybe we could have gone deeper.

It seems to be a theme lately that everyone hates melbourne and feels it necessary to express this here or espicially on the main board,

why is this?

1. Is it because we clearly have a bright future ahead finishing fifth this year whilst managing to blood three future stars in jones, bate, dunn and bartram?
2. Is it because we have the guts to stand by our beliefs and retort on others snide remarks about or our club?
3. Is it because we are seen as the most upperclass supporters? Anyway, what is wrong this, are they jealous?
4. Is it because we have one of the few players in our club who you can say in his first two years, that bloke will win a brownlow?

Any thoughts or additions?
