I haven't been present when my daughters have been harassed. I was with my wife once when a group of younger Muslim males were making comments and on that occasion, I did say something. On a serious note. If you live in areas heavily populated by immigrants, it can take generations before they assimilate, if ever. Often the poorer and less educated they are, the worse the problem. Best advice is to move.
