i laughed at this one
cousins didnt play any games for us last year we had a better year than u so that points a little invalid
and recent hamstring troubles could you please tell us of his recent hamstring problems ...? he pulled up sore at drug rehab one day did he mate... more gold
go blue boys
I'm guessing Moore and Thursfield are the 'decent' backmen you're talking about. I never knew that holding Buddy to 4 goals over 2 games was 'decent'. Moore and Thursfield are good, not decent. McGuane and Schulz are two decent KPPs.
I don't buy the media fed hype about Richmond.Just like last year, there will be no tomorrow for supporters of the losing team. The hype built around these 2 sides is just enormous and it's caused this game to be built up like a Grand Final. Personally I think it's justified. Both teams will play finals. But in any case, the fallout from this match will be devastating. I personally have a bomb shelter ready just in case. - So don't expect me anywhere around Bigfooty if we lose. On that subject, Bigfooty will implode anyway. Bay 13 has already set the plates and cutlery for next Thursday night. Whether Carlton or Tigers are on the menu doesn't matter. They'll have a massive feed!!
Gald you had a laugh, it'll be the only one you have in the next 7 days!!!
Recent as in his recent playing days, hench the past two years.
Over the past two years his hamstrings would have not improved, time out of the game, not the same rehab after games etc would not have helped him one little bit, plus the drugs would have done his body a service!!
You were better on the points table by half a game, but who had the easier run?? RFC played all bottom teams in the last half of the year and only beat the Hawks in the top 8.
To put it more bluntly for you we played twice in 2008, you beat us by 30 in round 1, we then had a 60 point turn around in round 14 to win by 60, so just between the two teams i think Carlton are the better side based on the games we palyed each other last year...oh and that 60 point turnaround was without Judd!!

By no means a dead set cert. We are evenly matched with Richmond. Could go either way.
Absolutely true. I would not be surprised to see it go either way. It is a huge game not least because the winner will be THE momentum team in the competition.
To be honest either way I think its great to have a really big Richmond V Carlton to look forward to. We have both been basement rubbish for so long listening to Bombers and Pies telling us we couldn't possibly fill the "G" on Anzac Day ( as if ) and lately to johnny come lately Hawkks thinking they rate with us........well hey we are filling the "G" having finished 9th nad 11th.
I think we are both going to be top 8 without being top 4. Imagine a Carlton V Richmond EF.....bloody hell. Step back everyone the Big show is in town.
Lies, lies and more lies. Your arguments would actually have merit if they actually had some fact to them. We were infront of Carlton on the ladder by a game and a half not half a game as you say. Only beat the Hawks? Beating the premiers is a fair feat in my book, I guess not yours.
How are you the better side based on the games played last year?Round 1 we beat you by 30 points, round 14 you beat us by 30, not 60 as you said. Thats a fair stretch of the truth, must be hanging around parrot too much.

.

You think?
We are going to win so more of a hypothetical, but with all the build up since the fixtures were released and the pointless threads on the Bitchmond board and Bay 13 I fear for the future of BF if it does happen.
GO BLUES and lets save BF![]()

Not against a mob who's sole reliance and hope is dependant on a crack drug addicted 32 year old with recent hamstring troubles.
Enjoy the game, i'm guessing you'll have thrown you membership in by half time and ordered the chicken sh1t to be delivered to Terry's house.
He's 30, not 32. Recent hamstring troubles... as in 2 years ago?![]()
OK so he is 30, turning 31 mid season.
Hamstring problems that he had troubles with in his last two seasons witht he Easgles, then having more than 12 months out of the game the conditioning in those hamstrings will never be the same, marke my words on the games he'll miss this season with soreness or tears!!!
Prime example, Nathan Buckly struggled in his later years with the same problems (except the drug addiction)![]()

Guess i was wrong about the hamstring??

Wow! You don't have a tip for the Brownlow or the upcoming Lottery numbers on you by any chance do you BH?![]()
It doesn't matter really. The vibe on BF will be as such:
Round 1 win - it's only Richmond, it's only Round 1, going off too early
