it is just a question you tools no need to twist your knickers all up......

and IMO.....who knows only time will tell.

see it wasnt that hard to answer....was it.

Depending on Brett Ebert I'm guessing, at the moment Brett will be lucky to be at Port at the end of the year!

Heading back to Adelaide?

Doubtful

Retaining SA born football players is far easier than a Perth born or Melbourne born.

Its certainly easier to retain SA players given the lower bargaining power players have - no SA club is likely to finish bottom so number 1 pick in the PSD is not really an issue and doesn't influence bargaining power.

As for Ebert returning, he may want to, but thats only one part of the equation - there would need to be a trade that both clubs would agree to and i cant see that happening. Or alternatively Port (or the other SA based club, the Crows) would need to finish very low to get an early PSD pick, and thats unlikely (although the way Port is going so far this year is may not be as unlikely as first thought).

Im pretty sure he didnt even go for the Power in the AFL before he was drafted, and his dad played a vast majority of his games for North Adelaide, Just because he has a famous uncle/cousin at a club doesnt mean that he should go their. Should Nathan Krakouer go to Kangaroos because of his uncles...No!

His dad certainly never played for North Adelaide. Played quite a few games for Port in the SANFL, and then 30 or 40 with West Adelaide. Comparing it to the Krakouer situation is silly because Nathan wouldn't leave Port to play in Melbourne given that hes not from there originally, but Brad is from Adelaide, so there will certainly be discussion about whether or not he ever decides to return to Adelaide to play with Port, or even the Crows (as Scott Thompson did).
