This is there run home.....Does anyone think they will break the drought...?? When was the last time a team lost every game?

the only games they have a chance at are the home games...

maybe the eagles, altho the way they played against port, i cant see them winning anything

Dogs (a) - 75% loss/25% win
Blues (a) - 92% los/8 % win
Coll (h) - 84% loss/ 16% win
Hawks (a) 85% loss/15% win
WCE (h) - 60% loss/40% win
Bris (h) - 80% loss/20% win
Melb (a) - 62% loss/38% win
Adl(h) - 65% loss/35% win

In other words, the percentages are stacked against them for every match for the rest of the season. Only games they look capable of even coming close are the bullies, WC, Melb and Adelaide. As the losses pile up it will either piss them off so much that they do eventually win or make them so depressed they start playing a juniors level of footy.

I went on Sunday, what I saw was a team that has its confidence in tatters.

Surely footballers who get to the level of AFL can't have such bad skills?

Is this the same team that only lost to Carlton by a point?

After last weeks "honourable loss" (god I hate that term.. there's no such animal), I tipped Freo a huge chance to win, but they had nothing against the Port onslaught.

Where will Freo get a win? A few weeks ago, after WCE's floggings, I was rubbing my hands together in anticipation of the next derby.. now I'm dreading it. WCE are playing a bit better, while the slide continues for the Dockers. The only chances I can see are Melbourne and maybe the Crows.

To be honest, I think this will be a winless season.. and it's bloody heartbreaking to watch.

I'm going to do a mathematical analysis here. (uh oh!)

If we assume the chances of Freo winning ANY one-off game is 10%, then that means a loss (of which that chances are 90% for any given match) must come up for 9 weeks in a row if they are to go win-less.

What is the chance of a "90%" chance occuring 9 times in a row, you ask?

The answer is 38.7%

So, they have a 38.7% chance of going win-less and a 61.3% chance of winning at least one game (based on the probability of them winning any one-off match being 10%)

So, the odds are still with them winning. :D

hmmm i reckon the might give the Dees a run for their money..even if it is in Melbourne..thats if the dees confidence isnt back.

Nah the Dockers will give the Dees their confidence back.. just like they did to Port.

Dan, as I'm sure you realise, the problem is with your assumption. At the moment I think their odds of winning any individual game are closer to 5%.

WRONG

The home game you list against the toasters is an away game not home.Four of our next five games are away.
Will we win one?I don't think so.
They were bloody awful on Sunday.

i'm sorry but i just can't see ANY team going through a whole season without 1 win! surely they'll be able to win at least 1 game! it'll probably be the last game foi the season! if not i reckon it'll be against melbourne or WC (sorry to their fans)

Chances are that we will finish the season with no wins...the big donut, bugger all, not a sausage, zip, squat, nothing
I'm going to be one unhappy camper when it happens too.

i hope this happens. :D :D

I must admit, I couldn't predict which game it might be, but I just have a feeling that the Dockers will have a win before the end of the season. They have had some really great patches in games this year, and have come achingly close to winning a few times, so yeah. I think they will. :) We've all seen those days when the odds-on underdog has come out and totally blitzed the opposition, so to Docker fans, chins up. It ain't over till it's over.
