I remember when I first saw Didak playing for Williamstown - he did some fancy shimmy on the wing and I was like this guy won't be at Willy for long.

My first impression of Hayes was that running bounce and goal. He won't be in the VFL for long. It might stay in the VFL to work on his defensive side etc (no idea if that's good yet). But when it matters he will be in our best team imo.

Do Collingwood still own the share house that they used to accommodate new draftees. Gav Crosisca’s mum used to look after them back in the day. Or do they all just move in with Crispy?

Can’t believe I had to go hunting to the 3rd page for this kids thread. Really impressive game from this kid yesterday. Had a couple of almost moments as well that would have elevated it even further if they’d stuck like that run from the midfield into F50 in the 1st quarter. Fearless and great hands in a marking contest as well. Just uses the footy really well as per his 9 score involvements. Really excited to see where his Collingwood journey takes him.

I've been looking forward to Hayes's debut for a while now. I thought he was close for the trip to Perth a couple of weeks ago.

His pace will be a welcome on the Marvel deck. Hoping he starts on the ground!
