When Brisbane lose their salary cap concessions then Leigh has a right to complain about things. Until then he can keep his mouth closed. The Lions receive more dough from the AFL than Israel receives from the US!

The AFL does not give Brisbane more money, they just allow them to pay their players more. The player payments still have to be paid by the club.
