Informed Tiger fans,

I'm in a Dream Team comp which only has one trade period during the year (which is now), and I'm not sure if I should keep P. Bowden or delsit him.

He is listed on the HUN website as 1-2 weeks, but I feel that he has been at this status for a while.

Do you expect him to be playing again soon, and is he an automatic selection when fit? I would have expected so but am not so sure based on selection so far this year.

Thanks in advance for any information provided.

Is he injured? Lol havent even thought of him after he was dropped. Id have to say trade him mate, there is little chance of him playing this season, unless he has a massive form surge in the VFL.

Not a bad player by any stretch but has his shortcomings and despite his talent holds onto the ball for way too long before disposing it. I hope he comes back into the side because he is one player who does know how to hit a target.

would need good Coburg form, would be behind at least 2 others trying to get in (eg. Mcguane/Moore)

He was dropped before he was injured, so he's no automatic selection. He will probably get back in the team this year but his form so far has not been anywhere near where it was last year.
bowden must have been carrying a injury since he didnt play much of the preseason matches either, think he might have op or something like that. his first few games were ok.

Wasn't he dropped because of a niggling injury? Either way with Polak and Newman in the team P. Bowden will probably not play loose man in defence.

The pre season reports said that Deledio, Joel and Pat looked to be a cut above the rest of the team, so I don't know. At training he would stand out because of his skills though so maybe ignore that.

He would definately walk into the side it's a matter of how long he'll stay in it. He dominates Coburg bigtime so even if he didn't walk back in he'd be in quickly anyway.

If you have a lot of Richmond players then don't keep him, it's unlikely a large amount of Richmond players will get high points every week.

got found out early in the season after he was given a more forward role instead of getting he's cheap kicks and playing loose in the backline

honeymoons over, welcome to the real world of patrick bowden

currently in his 8th yr we have seen the best of joelene junior and its not good enough. why do ferals have this love affair with soft pricks.

I think he might be looking elsewhere at year's end.
Interestingly Joel's played better this year since Patrick was dropped.

You think?

He will be back, he had a good 2006 and an injured/slow start to this season. He was playing well preseason but got injured at the start of the season was brought straight in, but it was evident he lacked match practice...got dropped and picked up another injury. Frustrating start to 2007.

Dont no if he will be an automatic selection or whether he will get back into the team, what posistion would he be played in?? Really cant see him playing too much for the rest of the year, a shame b/c when he wants to he can turn it on and be a very handy player
