This for another thread but why does a club get compensation for a player leaving when he is not contracted.
It’s like the AFL has this sill rule in place just for homesickness but seriously kids playing juniors and entering the draft should be willing and able to go anywhere when you consider the money they get paid and the chance they have to set themselves up.
Absolute nonsense.
Player A wants to leave his club yet the rules in place are set up to almost prevent clubs from trying to get them over.
Imagine if this was in place in the real world when you tried to leave an organisation? Absolute bollocks.
