Well there wasnt a streaker present, but I did notice a little kid running across the oval with just undies on :o God bless him, at least he kept cool.
Talking about kids and people on the oval during breaks.

I couldn't help but laugh at the number of people on the oval at 3QTR time of the main game, that dropped easy marks and mis-judged their kicks. I think Coopers has a lot to answer for:p

hehe :p I suggest that it would. But i very much doubt that Nigel Smarts kid had Coopers to answer for it :D

Myself on the other hand...well the bench ie. number 33 was a little blurry towards the end... :o

When I had a kick and a catch with my little godson I kept watching this fella have a kick and a catch with some other bloke. He was so ****ed whenever he went for a mark the ball kept hitting him in a face. I couldn't help but laugh.:p

I saw Nigel and his son on the oval, and they were playing with a little soft football! :) So cute!

Virtually right in front of me that was. I think Nigel's kid wants to be a gridiron player because all he wanted to do was hurl the football as hard as he could - straight at Nigel. Nigel quite rightly was getting quite concerned at times about his privates!! :D

Hey Macca, where exactly were you sitting/standing? I reckon I may have been right next to you, Mini Nigel was in front of me as well.

I was sitting about 3 rows back in the first block next to the reserved section. And you??

Yeah, they were in front of me too!

I thought the same thing too ... why wasn't he kicking the footy?! :p It would be good to have another Smarty in many years to come!

Well i wasnt near you then. I was standing up near where the players run in from the oval. Quite a nice possie for spilling the remainder of my beer.:( For the first match I was up in the stand first row.

oh bugger. I didnt know you could pay to get up there. Shouldve done that and I may have seen the collision first hand!

You would've. Watching the footy from the Western stand at Norwood is superb as you're right on top of and see everything.

Stiffy was up there too apparently and would have had to be within a few metres of me.

I didn't know you could pay to get into the members. I tried to get to your area but that bloke in white shirt said I needed one of those passes so I thought I'll go for the next best ting and sit in the stand next to it where all the lap top people were. As it turns out it was the are for player and their family and friends.

That bar is under the stand where I was sitting.

He wasn't a good salesman, was he - the bloke in the white shirt.

He said exactly the same thing to me that I couldn't go there because I needed a pass. It wasn't until I asked Einstein how did I get one that he told me you could buy them for $5 at the ticket box. :D

What an idiot.

If I realised we could buy one I would have gone back and bought it. Its much better view from the members stand. However, I can't complain, I had a great time with players and their families.

OH, I forgot to mention Krueger could be out for as long as 5-6 weeks with his back:( and Bocky has a moon boot on his left leg.

That's a real bummer about both Krueger and Bock.

Pity about Krueger because he was looking very likely to be given a test up forward.

As for Bock, he had been burning, and this is really bad luck for him, as this could be his make or break year.
