Will we do anymore Trades?

I think you'll find most of us consider Tooves definite best 22, and Le Cafe (who we were referring to) as arguably best 22 when fit, but having said that, I can't see us getting any better than a 2nd-rounder for either of them. If we were looking to trade Goldsack, probably a 2nd or 3rd rounder at best.

i think this is due to the Potential that gunston could delievered on in the future and the fact adelaide were so keen to keep him. For tooves and other collingwood players this is probably due to the fact their outside your best 22.

Toovey played every game this season when fit. He was definitely and indisputably in our best 22.

Goldsack will not be traded. He would even more so be licking his lips at the thought of Toovey being elsewhere next year and the pending retirements of Leon and Johnno at the end of 2012.

Its kind of sad that we're going to squeeze 1 more year out of jonno, leon and possibly dids (who could play more, depending on how next year goes), but it means we have to get rid of 2 young blokes..

Reality is that if Toovey accepts his offer at the Pies, there may be a little more cash in the kitty for him the following year after the retirements and future de-listings (however we have a few big names to sign next year).
