with prestia going back to TBC on injury list im wondering if he could retire to give us a list spot. He has been a great player for us but i think it would be good to get another young player on the list

yeah its a 6 mth contract, lets us make the call on who gets cut at the end of the year and decide whether to keep them on. dont see a downside to it.

We constantly need to enhance the list. Therefore, the need for it is undeniable.

We're not drafting for this year. We are drafting for the future. This logic doesn't stack up.

If we've identified someone that we want to take and we think might get snaffled up in the mid-season draft or national draft next year by others, we should be having a chat to Prestia about moving to the LTI or retiring. He won't be there for our next premiership (and probably won't be there next year) so it makes complete sense to bring this forward if possible.

Three games between now and the MSD so we have time to see if there is a legitimate long term injury before making the call whether to free up a spot or not.

I don’t mind Raso, but there’s no one I’ve seen that makes me force a player to retire or place on the LTIL personally.

Would rather keep the list spot as it currently stands.

has mrj ever put together a vfl performance as good as rasso's standard games? has green even? hes an upgrade on atleast 2 of our current senior listed players for free, have to make the move. this is how you develop a premiership team from ground zero.

I don't think Raso is guaranteed to get picked up. McCarthy yes, Raso and Toner are maybes
