Meanwhile, Carlton has bailed on the Bullants at the first sign of financial trouble. The blue still remains in debt while heading in to the biggest financial crisis the modern game has ever confronted.

Considering that no club will be in a position for new facilities in the next 10 years, moving to Lathlain when we did was in hindsight, perfect time.
Liabilities are 21 million and included the WAFC royalty, 12 million in regular creditors expenses which get paid in 30 days (just like normal monthly household bills) and about 5 million in accrued annual leave/long service.
Every person in the industry looks at our financial report, and the consensus is that West Coast is unrivalled in its financial position and is the biggest, most profitable of all the clubs.
