Did anyone attend and can give us a basic run down on how the Collingwood listed players went. Looking at Murray seeing as hes from down Frankston way...

Jason Cloke would be the one who was named in the best , Travis kicked the 2.
Interesting game which Willi gutsed out but never looked fluent , Frankston's flooding tactics may have contributed.
The loud mouth imbeciles on the Frankston hill are a black mark on VFL football. Play Sandy next week which thankfully means not having to travel to the complete outskirts of the city to catch a footy game .

I heard from someone who attended the match that Pendles could have been thrown in the best - is this true?

I live in Mornington but was too busy watching my own side lose ater kicking five goals to one in the first term :(

Frankston play the ugliest style of football possible.

Watch the replay of the Richmond vs Adelaide game a few weeks ago and that's Frankston every week.

Rusling played in the seniors , flooding made life miserable for our forwards to have much opportunity today , aswell as it getting slippery after half-time.
He did OK for a first game back at that level.

Good win Willy. Keeps us up there and once again, Jason i am presuming is once again a great VFL player but nowhere near a good AFL player.

Best on in the first quarter. Would have had 10 touches and a goal, but got moved off the ball for most of the second quarter and didnt do as much.

Was also impressed with yakka. Very impressive. Didnt stop running.

I left just after half time.

I'd say stretch comes back in for the passenger Cam.
Yeah, passenger

I seriously wonder sometimes if people actually watch the games sometimes

BTW perhaps you can show us what Guy has done in his time at Collingwood to demand immediate inclusion into the side after his first even 'decent' game for Willy when he was dropped for playing 5 :D:D:D:D games for Collingwood?

Yet you want the immediate dropping of a bloke who has done more in his 2 games than Guy did in those 5 matches and also got in the side on good VFL form, something Guy has struggled to do before today

See your point re Richards, and C2 VFL form, but in the ones both have been ordinary. Either will do for me as we will get nothing anyway.

Josh + Guy = Beanpoles with no physical presence.

Josh gets away with it because he will run his man ragged and beat him hands down around the ground - He even managed this against Dean Cox, a supposedly brilliant roving ruckman.

Richards, however, offers none of the same versatility. All he can do is tap the ball a little, but against the bigger, stronger ruckmen of the league, he will get hurt.

Cam Cloke has only played two games, but has a higher player rating than Guy Richards in less time on the ground. He at least offers us physicality that Josh lacks, and somewhat more around the ground. We've been a little unfair to him in that all he gets to do is ruck and follow for short periods - He hasn't had the opportunity to spend any time in the forward line, where he could possibly kick goals and be more damaging.

You have no idea do you. The Frankston guys had a bad day but certainly no flooding. You don't go and see Frankston every week do you.
