Can anyone explain why a legit sling tackle was one week and Setterfield was given two for this?

I believe if the tackled player chooses to hang on to the ball instead of protecting himself, there should be nothing to answer for!

Based on the MRP statements the difference was that Setterfield's was considered high impact whilst Rioli's was considered Medium impact.
Impact is often determined by the club medical report. Powell missed the next two games with his concussion.
