I think Willie needs a pay rise just to cover his fines. That last fine was ridiculous, was just contesting the ball.
Most importantly, you know that when the ball goes anywhere near him, there’s a decent chance we will end up with it. We don’t have many players like that

Move him into the midfield SimmoPerhaps West Coast's brains trust should consider using small forward Willie Rioli more at the restarts. Rioli has attended 28 centre bounces this year and boasts +25 per cent differential at those clearances. – Travis King

Think he’ll onlt get better as he adapts to AFL life and completes another one or two preseasonsRillie Wioli hunts the footy and generally wins it. He is very mercurial. Ryan is still a concern for me, he's either hot or not. We'll see how he progresses over the next year or 2 to get a better idea.
**** I feel we’re tempting fate with the injury gods talking about full preseasons and WillieThink he’ll onlt get better as he adapts to AFL life and completes another one or two preseasons

We are not using this bloke to the best of his abilities, needs to play in the middle more.
Because some of his best work has been up the ground. How about leave him up forward to continue doing what he's been doing?
Rioli and Ryan both lift when the game is in the balance. They just keep coming. Massive x factor come finals.
Think in a year or two we will see more of Rioli in the middle but i get the feeling that Simmo doesn't really want to overcomplicate things just yet.
That said we look very good with him at CBD's. I know he does a lot of running but i would like to see what his work rate is like? With skills/footy brains, i would actually liked to have seen him play on the wing against Port doing Gaffs role.
"Rioli wins Norm Smith" That sounds familiar.Willie to be the secret weapon in the GF.
I guess you missed Ryan's 4th quarter vs Port?Could also be massive liabilities in finals when it generally becomes one on one pressure.
