I love the all-white at Wimbledon. A nice tradition to keep. Some of the colourful outfits you see at other tournaments are bloody awful.
 
Tomic broken serving for the set. Don't know if it's just my eyes playing tricks, but tomic looks like he is carry a little bit extra in the stomach.

Passive, passive and passive. It is his one weakness. Needs to HIT hit forehand, slop floating it and stuff the slice right off.
 
I try to get behind Tomic, but if he wasn't playing with an Australian flag next to his name, I'd find nothing likeable about him.
 
The Donskoy guy might be the most defensive player on the pro tour I've seen for some time - literally no attacking game, just pops the balls back Fabrice Santoro style. Tomic is not doing any better to be honest.

After watching Feliciano Lopez on the grass the last couple of weeks, this looks like an amateur match

Well the slice and the chip n charge are fundamentals to be an effective grass court player, but Tomic's is slow and floaty. Needs a lesson from Lleyton.

Has there been a single net point yet???
 
Tomic does look out of shape to me. Too many cruisers

Anyone else staying up to watch the tennis then the socceroos in a couple of hours? Contemplating it, but the 3 hours of sleep I'll have before work is not a nice thought.

Doing the very same. I've already had a shitload of late nights over the last two weeks, so the next two weeks will be no exception! Thankfully it coincides nicely with uni semester holidays.
 
Would love to see Bogan Aussie commentate a Tomic match

Yes but it has to be a hard slice, not one that says "hit me". Plus he badly an I mean badly needs a kick serve!
 
Saville wins the opening set against thiem. Great work to win the opening set at his first wimbledon main draw. Not sure he will win the match however.

Tomic to face berdych next round. Can't see him winning that one.
