Really, that draw could not be worse for Nick, while he should beat Stepanek, it's not easy and it doesn't get easier and then Murray will just kill him off in the 4th anyway. Almost expect him to lose to Lopez in the 3rd.

Tomic had a tight match with Verdasco the other week, he can do it but brutal. Millman's is the only one of the unseeded that is winnable. And this will probably be the last time to see Groth play given he'll lose those points from last year and fall further down the rankings.

Nick with a extremely tough draw. Stepanek is tough on grass, savy player who will play the grass conditions to perfection. He should still win though as he should overpower him but if Stepanek gets into Nick's head there might be trouble. Lopez is a horrible 3rd round match up too, always plays well on grass, massive lefty serve and plays pretty much a grass court game with his sice backhand. Then the 4th round is Murray which is as tough as it gets on grass.

Saville and barton qualify

Both got qualifiers as well in the main draw, Saville got Novikov and Barton got Olivetti, both on the bottom half and will play on tuesday

Barton is a cool story given his struggles with injuries and a retirement in there, he has a big game, just a matter whether it's all clicking.

That's great that Barton and Saville are in, was wondering how the qualies finished up. Seven men in the main draw is awesome (I know, most of them will be knocked out in the first or second round but still). Just got to get a few more women coming along, hopefully Barty next year at least.

Interesting during the footy that channel 7 were advertising an Australian up first guaranteed for their Wimbledon coverage.

The schedule was kind last year with a lot of the Aussies in early games so seven must be paying the LTA for the privilege.
