Stefanos is getting better on the surface. If he can get past Nick in round 3 if both make it the draw opens right up and outside Djokovic and Nadal is the best credentialed player left.

I'm surprised he isn't better on grass has the perfect style for grass. Accomplished at the net etc. Needs to add more aggression to his game.

I didn't see much of the US Open last year or her run at Wimbledon, so I don't think I've actually seen Radacanu play a match where she wasn't made to look bog average. Does she actually have many strengths or was it just a golden few months where she was able to catch everyone by surprise last year?

Really suits the faster hard courts in the US, the slower the surface the more she struggles, she's for better word a ball basher, so when it works looks fantastic but boy it can look awful. Also has had a million injuries post US Open, has withdrawn both prior and during tournaments for a number of injuries in the last couple of months.

Tauson will be better than both imo. Has a bigger game. However I agree with you with Leyla, she'll be the more consistent however I feel Emma will have bigger peaks. Not saying Emma is Kvitova but she gives me that vibe, where her peaks she'll be unplayable and the next week she'll lose to some girl ranked 200+ making 50 unforced errors.

Everything fell right for that tournament, she was playing very well (her change of direction was impressive) but her draw wasn't amazingly tough and just rode the momentum through the 2 weeks.
Those 2 weeks on the women's side will stick out for a long time.
Emma has had injury issues since too. It is a classic case of too much success too soon but it's kind of a problem you want to have.
