Not saying he is going to win - but have a look at Andrew Murray from Scotland. The next big thing for British tennis. He won the US Open boys singles last year, and is coming along quite nicely and getting big wraps from Boris Becker and John McEnroe to name a few. Will be interesting to see whether he can spark some life into British tennis post Tim Henman.
On the betting - ive put money on Jarrko Neiminen tonight, purely cos upsets can happen....and Jarrko is not a shoddy player.
Interestingly, sunday night i looked on TAB sportsbet, and Karlovic/Henin double was paying roughly $2500/1..last night when i looked it was $105/1! i thought it was ridiculous to start with - 2500/1! someone mustve put some money on it!

Andrew Murray won his round over George Basti in straight Sets
Andy Roddick won over Jiri Vanek in straight Sets
Melzer won over Ljubicic in straight sets
Udomchoke won over Koubek in four
Sanguinetti won over Seppi in straight Sets
Novack won over Wessels straight Sets
Coria won over Behrend in straight sets
Stepanek won over Ginepri in four

Pratt won in 3, Dominikovic has teamed with her singles opponent from yesterday to win first round doubles in 3.

Tim Henman is 3 games from a first round exit. Nieminen leads 6-3 7-6 3-3.

Karlovic and Bracciali are at 10-10 in the 5th with only 1 break for the match so far. Karlovic has served 51 aces

Henin-Hardenne has broken to take a 2-1 lead in the 3rd after dropping the first in a tie break against Daniilidou

A one-legged Tommy Haas (stepped on a ball while serving in the warm up and rolled his ankle) dropped the first set against Tipsarevic

Wayne Arthurs about to start

Should've waited another 5 minutes...

Lucky loser Bracciali broke for the first time in the next game, held serve to love and won 12-10. Andy Roddick is his next opponent

And Daniilidou broke straight back

There goes my women's tip already...Danilidou is a good player and a former seed (cracked the top 20, I think), and that's a mighty good win.

Arthurs plays Popp next - will find it tough against a player who only seems to turn up at Wimbledon. If he wins, he'll probably play Henman!

TIPS

Lopez over Sherwood
Ferrero over Lee
Massu over Gimelstob
Berdych over Burgsmuller
Dent over Kim
Philippoussis over Safin - Safin hates Wimbledon
Kiefer over Di Mauro
Youzhny over Lisnard
Hrbaty over Monfils
Bjorkman over Davydenko - Bjorkman loves Wimbledon
Ancic over Udomchoke
Gonzalez over Zib
Rusedski over Johannson - don't like Johannson here.
Federer over Minar
Mayer over Verdasco
Hewitt over Hernych

Discussed earlier, but i rate Davydenko.

At $101 is massive odds, even though he still has no chance of winning it.

Just because he hasn't won a match on grass, and previously made the semis at Rolland, doesn't mean he is just a claycourter who is hack on the green.

Is an all court player, is vastly improved, and is in top form.

Dissapointed someone beat me to it, but Ana Ivanovic will suprise everyone. She reached the Wimbledon Junior Finals last year, so she will be confident. Her likely fourth round opponent, Henin, has been knocked out already so I like her chances!

And I'm extremely confident about Phillippoussis beating Safin tonight...

thought i'd see what this Ana chick looks like, and wow, nice stuff:

ps: would be good if we could thumbnail like the OCAU forums

He beat Draper...who was on one leg and is inconsistent at the best of times, looked lost on the grass.

Watch for Jonas to take him out tonight, in 4, if it gets to 5 davydenko might have him.

Safin wins the important points again (aka Scud chokes again) and takes the second set tiebreak. Scud yet to concede a break point but is down 2 sets to zip

Clijsters smashed Irvin, Mauresmo smashed Sanchez Lorenzo, Dent beat Kim in straight sets, Grosjean won 6-4 in the 5th. Stosur and Stewart won doubles, Pratt also through with Daniilidou

Federer's up a set and a break against Minar, Lleyton follows that match. Ferrero and Lee about to start the 5th, Massu's down 2 sets to 1 against Gimelstob
