Was at the fence in thongs and would be another week===================================================
Bode - leg
Both were included in todays training and looked flexible and ok.. especially at the end when Ivan hit the marking dummy hard and bent awkwardly and got up ok. Ken looked, well Kennish.. slow but methodical..can see round 5 definitelyMcGregor - Achilles - 3 to 4 weeks (Round 5 or 6)
Maric - hip flexor - 8 weeks - ready Round 6
They were both out the back on Max Basheer Reserve and the papers today said 2-3 weeks for RooRicciuto - disk related back injury - indefinite - who the **** knows
Biglands - knee - season
It would be great to have Ivan and Kenny back playing games, both will come through the SANFL I'd imagine... Kenny a slight chance to jump straight into the Crows side. Griffen has been great so far but to have Maric come into a bit of form with the Magpies (not too much though) would at least put pressure on and give us another option/backup. Griff might not be ready to play a whole season in the ruck yet so he could come out for Ivan at some stage, who knows.

Once again on training today, my mail was that Kenny trained strongly and could be right in about 2 weeks. 3 weeks max.

Anyone think Kenny McG will get a game if he's fit?
I don't think he'll squeeze in, unless he's doing super well in the SANFL.
I don't think Kenny would be a first choice CHB under Craig. Craigy likes his defenders to be creators and attack from defence. Move the ball forward quickly and create opportunities. Thats not Kenny's game. He is a stay at home, battle it out CHB and his ability to rebounds out of defence quickly is questionable. Quite often he takes too long to move the ball forward, allowing opposition to get the numbers back.
I think his best position is deep, stay at home FF or a negating CHB.
Hate to remind you Stiffy but didn't you say Kenny was an indespensible member of the squad and an AA CHB if allowed to be.
I'm not stirring .......well I guess Iam.........but I cop alot for my views on Kenny and a few others.
He's going to struggle ......
