No-one is saying ditch the Navy all we want is a consistent pattern (wings) and a peril clash. Personally I want Peril Home and Royal Away but I am a realist (but still a dreamer) #returntheperil #tradition
I think Navy, Royal & Peril would be the best possible outcome, everybody wins (well, almost everbody:D)
Exactly. I'm with you Champ. I'd love to have just our inaugural jumpers, but let's be real. Navy is a popular colour, and it looks menacing (especially at night). As long as we've bid farewell to any design bar wings going forward I'm happy.

As Mike said. Navy Royal and peril means there's something for everyone.

IF, by chance, West Coast play the Western Bulldogs in the Grand Final, and say the bulldogs finished top, I presume West Coast would have to change their jumper to not clash.. with these new navy wings, I reckon no one* would care, but if it was previously and had to be the tri-panel, or table cloth, people* would care.

* by no one and people I mean people on this thread who give a shit about these important things. like me.

would you guys agree? would you gladly want your team to take the field in this navy wings beast if the royal wasn't allowed?
6 grand finals in royal up to now, and only situation I can think of where royal would not be allowed would be bulldogs - or am I way off mark?

I think it would be time for the return of the king of all Eagles jumpers
