Haven’t seen him much, can he be a Callum Coleman-Jones level player? He seems more forward than ruck at the moment even though he looks like a ruck.

A lot worse as a forward than CCJ but much much better in the ruck. As a forward Vardy would be comparable

I think it's more the club being worried by the amount of time Neale has spent back in WA. His insta indicates he has only gone back to Vic in the last day or two, having been training in WA.

Been doing strength training with a personal trainer and looks like he's hitting it hard, but can't help but notice the freo kids training with him up until their preseason started.

Plan b is that they are developed purely as trade by potential. Can’t keep em all and we definitely get to something back from the WA clubs for Neale.

Really just let the kid develop, can obviously play and looks like about the best available in the 2021,...so get behind this kid and show him the support he's going to need from us fans.
About time Geelong went for a top shelf draft ruckman/forward.

I have no issues with Swells getting Conway.

He's a big unit with good following up work , works hard back to support.
Seems to have good work rate.

Looks like he's a 100% ruck.

Not a forward type we try to turn into a ruck.

That's worrying that our younger players improve when they are away from the club. The new coaches will hopefully fix that

Big guys take years to develop, judge Neale and the Greek when they are 23 or 24 they are long term investments.

If i may say it he is the type of ruck we should have been drafting the last 10 years. If anything its a case of better late than never.

Dawson Simpson was a good shot. Just getting on his feet at AFl level when he went down v Saints at KP I think. Part of the what might have been stories.
