Went on one of those Toboggan things that theme parks have these days. Asked the guy if I actually need to use the brake, he said no, just lean into the corners. So hammering it down the hill, 2nd corner, the ****ing thing flings me off and I slide down this boiling hot (40 degree day) steel slide. **** me it hurt.

Just wanted to share that story. :)
 
Lmao- that certainly didnt come to mind.

Thats more like a carnival. Could hardly call it a theme park. That water park down Geelong way isnt one either.

Adventure Park. Water parks are still kind of theme parks, so it counts :p.

Live about 5 minutes from there, despite growing up in the 90s never went, somehow I don't think I've missed out.



I broke my arm there when I was 11, drove one of their little quad bikes into a fence. :oops:

How in the hell did Gumbuya park never get sued? i broke my wrist on the toboggans when i was younger, i'm quite confident i wasn't the only kid who got injured on them either!
