I broke this story a while back . The story is that he has been offered a 2 year contract for bugger all money and has been told if he is offered a better deal he should take it. It looks likely he will be heading to Richmond during the PSD draft as a replacement for Wayne Campbell.

I agree. We delisted both Sav and McGough and got nothing in return, when we should've gotten at least a 3rd rounder for eaach.

Surely Woey is worth something to someone.

Woewodin is a very handy depth player.....in bracket of 19-28 in importance.
Been a good solid contributor for us.
No good when the ball is in the air (fear of unknown) ,but, is a very solid ball winner at ground level apart from outright chase for loose ball.
Only clubs that'd be interested in Woey would be those looking to replace like for like !
Surely he's woth keeping on a salary of $150-200k.

Freo have too many similar types in the Carr's, Bell & Schofield !
WCE would have no interest when they have Braun, Stenglein etc
