His disposal i thought was excellent. He actually kicked out of full back alot and his good decision making made his kicking even more pronounced. If you say he had bad disposal then drop every cat bar Milburn.

the games i saw he would just kick the ball for an aerial contest...i never saw any lace out type action.

Maybe this i my bias speaking but i remember Sando had a kicking action so smooth and silky his mis kicks were lace in drop punts.
