The Association of Cricket Statisticians and Historians has compiled a list of womens' first-class matches, plus a womens' cricket records database.
The term "first-class" isn't one that is normally associated with womens' cricket.
*Post April 2005, the definition for a womens' f-c match rests with that adopted by the ICC.
*Pre April 2005, it was a dog's breakfast. So the ACSH stepped in and, after much discussion, developed a definition for womens' f-c cricket up until then.
*They have determined there are 1583 womens' f-c matches in all, dating back to 1934.
Here are the relevant links:

Womens' cricket records (all formats), included with mens' records:

I'd assume there would have to be an equivalent list of womens' List A & T20 matches (given that records have been compiled), but I will have to inquire about that.
This news may not interest many, but it is an important development given the growth of the womens' game.
It looks like the more detailed career breakup for women (ie including f-c & List A) appears on the subscription site Cricket Archive, but not on cricinfo.
