Well then, based on that, we need to delist at least 15 players this year because most of them have been front runners, who have played very poorly for most of this year.

He simply isnt that good a player, goes on a few runs occasionaly but is prone to brainfades and goes missing for large chunks of the game.

To single out the decision to recruit Hams and Dick is ridiculous. Every club in the comp is going to have rookie selections that don't necessarily work out.

For mine, the bigger concern is the return we've got on our first and second round picks in the past 4-5 seasons.

Besides, plenty of people on here have spent a fair bit of time barring up about Dick. So what do we have now? Suddenly it was stupid to even give him a shot and Worsfold should carry the can for the decision?

I probably need to see their names in bold as well to make a judgement on that.

Who the **** is our list manager because it all starts with them and it has been unmitigated disaster.

Unmitigated disaster vs all roses?

The reality is that we have got a few things very right at the draft table so it's silly to say it's been an "unmitigated disaster". However, I think we've missed the mark more times than we should be happy about - either in terms of picking up guys like Weedon, Notte and Swift or taking Stevens and Ebert and losing them to other clubs. Those guys were all top 25 picks and we've got no return on them.
