It's not all you need to win, but if you put in effort on the day, you give yourself a much better chance of winning than if you don't. The more quarters of effort you put in, the more quarters of football you are likely to win. Our aim is to put in four quarters of effort every week.

Looks like he's lost the players again like he did in 2010. The wins we've had this year have been against the dud teams, against quality teams we've always been shown up. His team selections have been baffling this year in particular the constant selection of Adam Selwood and also the game plan seems exactly the same as it was in 2011, it hasn't evolved and we've been found out. Hopefully our board find the balls and farewell him at seasons end.

That's your observation. If Woosh didn't give a shit he'd walk away. He's been senior coach of one of the biggest clubs in the land for 10+ years so he's hardly doing it for the money.

For all you know, Choc could spend the other 6 days of the week at the golf course while Woosh is at the club trying to make the team better. And really, how does rational thought go when you are yelling and screaming at people?
