Regardless of what may or may not be happening outside of footy for Woosh he's never once given the media an inch. Never have I heard him actually talk freely with them (which I find awesome and love every minute of it).

Woosh has probably taken up music for the same reason that Swift wants to be a doctor, because he can and wants a new challenge.

Darling has his limitations. Something I've harped on about for some time.

The reality is he's not having that bad a season. He's averaging more disposals, more goals and a lot more behinds, more tackles.

He's averaging less marks and less contested marks, because the ball isn't kicked to him as often. But he's getting more marks inside 50.

People forget that he's an UNDERSIZED 2nd Key Forward. Once McGovern/McInnes come on a little bit and offer a strong second target, the havoc that Darling's going to create will be delicious.

It may even result in less goals for him, but will open up our forward line in pretty special ways.

It's not nice but if these rumours are true that Woosh is going through a divorce then it's important in the context of how well he is performing as coach and whether that is affecting his job as I suspect it would for anyone.

That said, if they are true then the media are doing a pretty good job of keeping quiet about it as there would be no doubt they know so kudos to them for doing so

Either that or it could all be bullshit

Also depends on what you have to work with as well, as the saying goes "You can't make chicken soup out of chicken shit".

Having a midfield of Rioli, Hodge, Mitchell, Sewell, Lewis, Smith and co definitely makes your job a lot easier

I agree, but he's highly rated and has experienced a few different and successful coaches.

Other people should take note of that saying though, people want Woosh to go at the same time as hanging shit on some of our most important players.

The only downside I see is he's an ex-Roo, we don't want Norf fans to suddenly develop a soft spot for us :p

You would have to be insane to break Woosha's separation story as the Eagles dominate this towns media and they would immediately lock that jurno and his organistation out, imagine that!

Woosha is without doubt one of Perths most influential & most popular figures , who would be that stupid to expose his private life, i would say its career killing .
