I would like to think that our Board is astute enough that they would have already had that conversation with Roos and furthermore I would expect that they have already given serious consideration to their coaching options should they decide that its time to move JW on.

Good management is both proactive and visionary.

One would assume that Cransberg as President speaks for all members of the Board when he states that if JW wants to continue in the job then its his. If that's proactive and visionary then maybe we need a new Board.
