If only he had the personal qualities to match his skills he might be a viable option. Can you provide some evidence to support your claim that "the club is really sticking by him"?
Can you support the argument his personal qualites are poor?

This saddens me if true but deep down i know its time for a change and if he was leave i would rather he leaves on his own accord then fired.
Wow never thought this day would come where woosha was no longer at the club. Everything good that has happened he has been a part of. Truly a sad day for our club.

Might be too soon, but is there anything on the Freo board about Sumich not going over to Geelong?? If he had already accepted the job, do you reckon he would stay on with Freo for the finals or leave straight away?
