On my computer it looks like a 2 - 2 yellows and 5 green. Everything else is white. I assume there are 2 rows of nothing?

Yes. All wrong letters.

I got the last 3 letters in correct spot but can't think of any word with remaining letters. Might have to walk away and come back later.

Try doing this (which is what I do)

In your guessing row put XX (and the letters you have), and then work out combinations that can possibly precede the letters you have.
